This was encoded long time ago when I wanted them as small as possible, quality is fine but
if you want top notch quality encode you should rather look for a 15GB+ encode (CtrlHD=15.8GB for instance).
Movie has a lot of grain so 4.2 Mbps is ridiculously low if you're very fussy about quality.
