The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1968)
A mostly faithful adaptation, with excellent atmosphere and top-drawer performances. Jack Palance is in his element here, rarely going over the top, he invests the role(s) with chilling conviction. This is rightly considered one of the very best versions of Stevenson's tale.
