How to Apply :
-Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > Eleanor Icons > Apply ( Apply icons only )
-Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Installed > Eleanor Icons > Apply
-Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > Eleanor Icons
-ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > Eleanor Icons
-Holo Launcher:
Appearance Settings > Icon pack > Eleanor Icons

How to Install:
Step 1 : unpack rar archive if the apk file is archived
Step 2 : copy and paste to extSD and Install
Step 3 : some Apps/Games need "Root"
PS : If You got an error while extracting while others are working try diferent directory path in your PC. Somtimes if you got a long directory path while extracting it will giv you an error. To solve this issue , as an example just paste the tgz file in C drive and extract (just inside the C drive not with in any other folder). Hope your Understand
