Susan will explain the hardness and softness scale, look at line quality and shading, erasers, sharpening your pencils, fixing your drawings and simple object drawing using pencil.
This is a clear and easy to follow class that is suitable for beginners to drawing or anyone looking to go back to basics with a pencil. It will help to build your understanding and skill using pencils, and ultimately improve your drawing technique - oh and this is really fun as well!
To carry out the class you need some paper or a sketchbook, a range of pencils from hard to soft and a few other helpful items such as a pencil sharpener, blending stick and rubber!
Susan also includes a free BONUS video on blind contour drawing at the end of the course... just for fun!
