MOD VERSION

This is a complete copy of GTA Vice City. There is no need to install anything. Just extract the single .RAR file and play directly from the folder. I have also included a 100% Complete Save Game. This version of GTA Vice City has been heavily modded by me using mostly mods created by others. Some changes were made to the mods for compatibility and stability purposes. Every or almost every vehicle has been changed or modified. There are many map mods as well. The game script has not been tampered with. I have not fully tested the game from start to finish but should work very well. Please feel free to make any changes you like.

installation notes
no install just unpack and play
I wanted to let every1 now I found a problem in the game, dont worry its easy to fix. heres the problem,
When u do the mission for the guy with the crown. The first mission u do the red boat is to slow.
Heres how 2 fix it.

this short tutorial will show u what to do to change the boats speed (or the speed of any other vehicle
in the game.)with screen shots of me changing the exact line of code that needs to b changed

Step 1) open the folder containing the GTA vice city files.

Step 2)open the folder named data.

Step 3)right click on the file named handling.cfg, open properties uncheck the read only box click
apply then click OK. Now open the file using notepad

Step 4)this is how it should look, the areas u need to pay attention to are high lighted in the
example below.

Step 5)scroll down the page until u find the section that says boats, now look for the name
speeder. U need to find the numbers that say 190.0 and 1.7, theyre left of the R and P. Change
them to match the pic
