Plot Summary
A rebellious convict is sent to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation in 1963 Oregon, and encourages his docile companions to take more control of their lives and defy the tyrannical head nurse.

Encoded with a modified slow 2-Pass @ 22 MB/s. Audio tracks include the lossless original theatrical mono FLAC and 5.1 DTS-HD MA surround upmix English tracks plus lossy versions of those tracks. Includes subtitles in English and other languages, two commentary tracks, and extras. Additional tracks for other languages are included in a separate folder. The UHD release for this film contains different extras from the 1080p bluray release so in addition to the new extras I've also included Silence's extras from his 1080p release (thanks Silence!). This is also why there are two different "deleted scenes" extras in the featurettes folder, the UHD has deleted scenes in higher resolution than the original 1080p bluray but is missing some of the deleted scenes that were originally included. Unfortunately there is no new 1080p release from the 4K remastered scan for this film so if you are looking for the 1080p copy grab Silence's older release, that's still based on the currently best 1080p scan of the film. Screenshots have been tone mapped and do not represent the full quality of the picture when played in HDR.
