I fully trust her knowledge of comfort food like biscuits, pies and of course, pancakes. The first part of the book breaks down the basics and starts with classic pancake recipes. As the book unfolds, she shares savory griddle cakes, crepe cakes, popovers (in a muffin tin, no fancy popover pan needed!) and the most beautiful pancakes I've ever seen. I tried her vanilla bean dutch baby last weekend and it was so easy, so gorgeous and so delicious! I appreciate that the directions are really easy to follow and the ingredients are easy to find, too. A cookbook I'll refer to again and again.
PS : If You got an error while extracting while others are working try diferent directory path in your PC. Somtimes if you got a long directory path while extracting it will giv you an error. To solve this issue , as an example just paste the tgz file in C drive and extract (just inside the C drive not with in any other folder). Hope your Understand
