Notes from the release of the source remux:
Episode order is following TVDB. Episodes 1, 2 and 7 are "duble" episodes (Part I and II are merged together (Each part is long 60 min) - this is also how they were on BD...).
Blu-rays also had only one playlist for Ep. 3 & 4 and 5 & 6. Since those were considered as separate episodes (by TVDB) I've splitted them into single length (60 min) episodes.
