Nel 2065, a Washington, il dipartimento precrimine della polizia, il quale sfruttava le capacità precognitive di tre bambini, definiti precogs, per cercare di impedire il verificarsi di crimini futuri, è ormai chiuso da dieci anni. Uno dei precogs, Dash, tuttavia, ancora tormentato dalle visioni, decide di ritornare a collaborare con la polizia per cercare di impedire gli omicidi di cui viene a conoscenza. Inizia quindi a collaborare con la detective Lara Vega, anche se le sue visioni sono solo frammentarie, essendo la sua abilità condivisa con quella del fratello gemello Arthur, anche lui precog, con il quale non è più in contatto da tempo.
Set in 2065 Washington, D.C. (fifteen years after the events of the 2002 film), the series will follow Dash (Stark Sands), a Precog, who has the ability to predict crimes. Unfortunately, the Pre-Crime Unit was dismantled in 2050, forcing law enforcement to rely on newer methods to fight crime. Before it was dismantled, Dash, his twin brother Arthur (Nick Zano), and their foster sister Agatha (Laura Regan) were part of the program that gave them their unique gifts. Now, Dash is using his ability to assist Detective Lara Vega (Meagan Good) in preventing crimes, at the same time seeking out his missing twin and trying to keep his gift from being revealed, as there are those who want to obtain the precogs at any cost.
